Risograph prints are a unique format of printing, where each colour layer is printed separately. This riso print is based off of four colours, so went through the printer four times, each time adding a new colour and building up layers. Because of this layering process, each print might look slightly different to the next one. It creates punch, vibrant colours.

Growing up, I always felt that the only place to find adventure would be outside this island. I wanted to explore, to see new places, to have new experiences. And that’s exactly what I did. However, a recurring conversation began to follow me — the further I went, and the more people I met, the more I was told what a beautiful, unique, and idyllic place Ireland was. To them, Ireland represented the exact type of adventure that I was travelling to find.

This project was born from a desire to explore and know my home. To find the Ireland that I hadn’t experienced. In order to achieve this, I walked each and every one of the National Waymarked Trails of Ireland. These trails, 42 in total, rambled through 25 counties, and encompassed a combined distance of over 4,000km. The photographs and reflections selected for this publication are a sample of the work created from this ongoing project.

For those that are not familiar with the project, TLP Editions is an ongoing collection, produced and designed by PhotoIreland, that presents work by contemporary artists in the form of uncomplicated publications. These are available through The Library Project in-store and online. All and any funds generated by the project go to producing more copies of the publications, ensuring we can keep promoting the artists and practices represented. These editions are regularly showcased and donated to international events and festivals, such as the Icelandic Photography Festival recently. In addition, TLP Editions also grace some important shelves and collections, including that of the Hasselblad Foundation Library and the Martin Parr Foundation.

St. Kevin’s Way is a gorgeous 26km trail that winds its way through the heart of Wicklow.

Included in the ticket price is an Irish Camino Passport, car parking at Glendalough, and shuttle bus. This is a full day event, and all attendees will need to bring a packed lunch and lots of snacks.

Come for a laid back morning walk along Howth Head. Meet others and make friends with people who want to spend time outdoors!

• Trail Grade: Easy - Beginner
  Mainly on easily identifiable paths, with good underfoot conditions. This is a beginner friendly walk! Weather permitting, we will be taking in the gorgeous views from Howth hill and the cliffs.
